McKenzie brings a balance of exploration, collaboration and direction to her work. She values each client’s voice and agency, while also offering structure and guidance to help the process feel grounded and purposeful. She approaches her work with a deep commitment to multicultural humility, honoring the unique identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences each client brings. With a strong belief in lifelong learning, McKenzie meets each person with curiosity and respect for the context in which their life unfolds.

She works with both couples and individuals and has experience supporting clients through high-achievement and entrepreneurial challenges, relational challenges, addiction, trauma, and complex family dynamics.

McKenzie holds advanced training in both contemporary Psychoanalytic therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy. In addition to providing therapy as a Marriage and Family therapist, she is also earning her doctorate in Clinical Psychology. 

When she is not in the therapy room or classroom, you will find McKenzie on the soccer pitch or running with her dog, Anova.
