Rates & Insurance
How much does therapy cost?
Each individual therapist offers a different rate for therapy, which is based on their level of training, education, additional certifications, and years in practice. You can browse our team of therapists to see the different rates and learn more about who feels like the right fit for you!
You’re also welcome to ask our therapists about their availability for “sliding scale” appointments.
Do you accept insurance?
We’re working on it! We’re currently in the process of getting credentialed with Aetna, Optum/United Healthcare, and Cigna, which means we would be “in-network” with those insurance plans.
Being “in-network” generally means that you would just be responsible for paying your copay at the time of the session, and then your therapist would collect the rest of their fee directly from your insurance.
We’ll be sure to update the website as soon as we’re officially ready to accept insurance!
What if you don't accept my insurance?
For our “out-of-network” clients, we are happy to be able to provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance in order to seek reimbursement for sessions. Your actual reimbursement rate will depend on your particular plan and whether or not you have a deductible to meet, but the good news is that we will check your benefits for you so you can know what to expect!
We’re also happy to be able to provide “courtesy billing” which means that we can submit your superbills directly to your insurance for you, so that you don’t even have to worry about it. If your plan does offer out-of-network reimbursements, then your insurance company will mail that reimbursement check directly to you.
