Learn more about Addy…
Addy supports teens, young professionals, families, and adults as they navigate life transitions, anxiety, and trauma. She is passionate about helping clients develop stronger relationships. At the heart of her work is a focus on helping clients find greater clarity, agency, and freedom in their lives.
Her approach is gentle, honest, and real. Addy weaves together both insight-based approaches and practical tools to help clients experience true freedom from anxiety, trauma, attachment wounds, and harmful relationship patterns. Sessions are highly collaborative and tailored to each client’s goals and needs.
Addy is certified in integrative somatic trauma therapy, creating space in sessions for a holistic approach that includes embodied moments of healing. By building resilience through nervous system regulation and embodiment practices, clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in navigating life's stressors. Also, for clients who desire it, Addy integrates faith into the therapeutic process.
When she’s not in session, Addy can usually be found outdoors spending time with her baby and husband, sipping on a good cup of coffee (morning) or matcha (afternoon), experimenting with the ever-humbling hobby of bread baking, walking her fluffy aussiedoodle, Maple, or planning her next travel adventure.
